- If your item should come in contact with water, avoid rubbing the surface. Absorb the moisture by dabbing the product with a soft cloth in a natural color instead, avoiding any movements that go against the direction of the scales, if applicable.
- Avoid contact with water, oily substances, perfumes, make-up and pale-colored items of clothing.
- Avoid exposing the item to direct sources of light and heat or damp environments for prolonged periods.
- Do not use care products that are not designed for your item, such as shoe polish, trichloroethylene, oils, stain removers, alcohol or solvents.
- To keep the shape of the bag or footwear intact, we recommend filling it with tissue paper when not in use and storing it in its flannel case (avoiding plastic and nylon), or store the item in its box. Our staff is always at your disposal should you need further information or assistance.
