Our products are created by experienced artisans using fabrics which are carefully selected and tested to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality. These products must be handled with care as they use delicate materials or applications that have particular finishes or decorations, such as foil, vintage-look cracklè, sequins, beads, glitter, tassels, ink-jet prints, paints or other kinds of transfers applied to the materials or components. The aforementioned finishes have a natural tendency to age over time, with the design or decorative motif applied to the surface of the product becoming more opaque and less defined. Please note that items which have been produced in this way have low resistance to abrasions, scratches and repeated rubbing. This means that loss of the finish, transfer or print may occur during use, in the corners and in other areas of the item which are subject to greater wear. To preserve the natural characteristics of your items over time, it is therefore important to observe the following precautions during use: -	Do not clean the product with aggressive or caustic detergents, as these could damage or spoil the footwear. -	Avoid contact with sources of heat. -	Avoid contact with rough or sharp surfaces. -	Avoid contact with sources of direct light. -	Avoid humidity and temperature changes. -	Do not use brushes that may scratch the surface of the material or damp cloths that may stain it. -	We also advise keeping the item in its box. Alexander McQueen accepts no liability for consequences arising from any improper use, should the product be used in a manner which deviates from the instructions given.
