Our products are created by experienced artisans using materials which are carefully selected and tested to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality. The distinctive characteristics of suede and nubuck leather are the brilliance of the colors and the velvety feel of the surface, which are achieved using specific dyeing and napping techniques. Particular care is taken during the manufacturing process to minimize the material’s tendency to release residual dust and color. This phenomenon cannot be completely eliminated, however. Like vegetable-tanned leathers, these materials have low resistance to rubbing, either when wet or dry. We recommend avoiding contact with light-colored clothing. To preserve the natural characteristics of your items over time, it is therefore important to observe the following precautions during use: -	Do not clean the product with aggressive or caustic detergents, as these could damage or spoil the footwear. -	Avoid contact with sources of heat. -	Avoid contact with rough or sharp surfaces. -	Avoid contact with sources of direct light. -	Avoid humidity and temperature changes. -	Do not use brushes that may scratch the surface of the material or damp cloths that may stain it. -	We also advise keeping the item in its box.
